Blossom's Bed and Breakfast Policies

A one night nonrefundable advance deposit is required to confirm a reservation. For stays of three nights or more, a 50% nonrefundable advance deposit is required. Balance is due 10 days prior to your stay.

If a stay is cancelled less than 10 days from the arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable unless the room can be rented. All refunds are subject to a 10% service fee.

Check-in time

After 3:00pm. Arrangements for earlier arrival times can be made by calling 24 hours in advance. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Quiet hours

11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. If you enter the house between these hours, please be mindful of other guests.

Breakfast

Full breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m. A continental breakfast will always be supplied upon request.

Pets

Talk to Blossom about your dog. Cats aren't allowed due to guests' allergies.

Children

Yes, but parental supervision is advised.

Smoking

Allowed outside only.
